This is my first time going Zip Lining!

If you have never been on a zip line before, you have nothing to worry about.  Our guides are there with you from the start to the end of the adventure making sure you are safe at all times.  You will be giving an orientation session before you begin your journey and our guides will remind you of any safety tips you may have forgot during the excursion.  We like to go above and beyond for our customers so if there is anything that we can do to make you feel more comfortable and safe, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

What if I am afraid of Heights? 

Fear of heights is very common amongst our guests but they are still able to ride the zip line because they know it is extremely safe as our zip lines have a doubly secured steel cable.  Plus, the touch free riding system allows you to feel even safer and secure during the ride. 

How do I know if I quality to go Zip Lining?

 

Below is a guide that will allow you to determine if you are able to join our Zip Line Adventure:

You must sign an Agreement Contract.

If you weigh between 75 to 275 pounds you can ride by yourself.

For those weighing under 75 pounds, you will be paired with a tour guide to be able to ride some of the longer and slower lines.

You must be at least 4 years old to ride the Zip Line with one of our Guides.

For those who are under 18 years of age, will need to have their parents sign our Agreement Contract.

For those under the age of 14, your parent or legal guardian has to sign our Agreement Contract and an Adult must be with you during the Tour. 

Be in good Health to walk to the Canopy Platforms.

 

The following is for those who cannot join our Zip Line Tour:

If you are pregnant, you cannot go on our tour.

If you have a recent injury. 

If you have a severe musculoskeletal disorder.

If you have epilepsy.

If you are taking a large dose of a blood thinning medication.

If you have a health condition that would require immediate medical attention.

How high are the Zip Lines?

The Zip Line ride is roughly 95 meters above the floor with spectacular views of the mountains & ocean. 

Is Zip Lining A Safe Activity?

If you are into doing outdoor activities, you know that each sport has a certain level of risk. However, we have made our Canopy Platforms and Zip Lines to be as safe as possible.  Our Company only uses the latest in technology for the Canopy Tour.  Plus, our Guides have been through a lot of training on first aid and safety.

How Long is the Zip Line Tour?

The tour is roughly 4 hours and 30 minutes.  It can be shorten in time or extended, depending on the size of the group.  Our tour is more than just a fun Zip Line, during our nature walk you have the opportunity to encounter wildlife and our Guides will give you a brief history of the area and of the animals that live in the habitat.

Is there a lot of walking?

There is actually very little walking on our Zip Line Tour. We pick you up right from your Hotel or Villa and take you directly to where you will being the canopy journey.  The walk between each canopy platform is very short.

What should I wear?

We highly recommend you wear comfortable clothes. Sandals are not recommend, instead it would be best to use comfortable shoes.  Try not to wear any type of jewelry or bracelets, anything that can get caught up in the zip line.  Please make sure that you are not carrying anything in your pant pockets as this can fall during the ride.

Do I need to have a special gear?

We have everything for you here at our Canopy Location.  Once you arrive one of our guides will instruct you on how to use each individual piece of equipment.

If it rains, can you still go Zip Lining?

We do the zip line tour in the event that there is rain.  However, if the weather is extreme and the rain is too much, then we cancel the tour and you will receive a full refund.

If it rains while you are actually doing the zip line and you wish to cancel, you will receive a full refund before we reach Canopy #6, after you have done the Canopy #6, we will refund 25% of the total amount payed.

Our Group is Large, can we all go on the Zip Line Tour?

Yes, regardless how large your group may be, we have several tour guides for you. 

Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes, the deposit payment can be made on our Reserve Now section.  You can pay using Pay Pal.  If you are here in Manuel Antonio, we will send on our staff members to pick up the deposit payment.  This is to ensure that you will be joining our Zip Line Adventure.  We recommend making the reservation as soon as possible because our Zip Line tour has a very high demand amongst people visiting Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica.  If you book a head of time, you ensure you have a spot. 

Can I drive myself to your canopy spot?

Our Canopy Spot is located in the Costa Rican Jungle which you will find is not that easy to navigate around so we will meet you at the Marina Pez Vela where you will be able to leave your car and from there we will take you in our van. 

Where is exactly is the Canopy Location?

We are actually very close to the area of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
